Privacy notice

For the SkillPool waitlist. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your full name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give it, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, your consent to receive updates, and the page or channel that brought you to us.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to tell you when SkillPool opens and to send you SkillPool updates. We do not sell your details or share them with other companies for their own marketing.

Where it is kept

The form is run by Tally, and entries are stored in a private spreadsheet that only the SkillPool team can open.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until SkillPool opens and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.

Your choices

• You can stop receiving updates at any time.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you.

To do any of these, contact the SkillPool support team.

Age

SkillPool is for adults only. Please do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.
